Parenting a neurodivergent child can feel isolating when the usual advice doesn't fit.

You might even be wondering if you are the only one struggling with your PDA, Autistic, ADHD, or highly sensitive child. You may find yourself questioning everything. Wondering why strategies that are supposed to help make things harder.

You are not alone. I know that place.

Parenting, Home Education consulting for neurodivergent families.

Collaborative, neuro-affirming, nervous system-informed

Before I was a parent, I was a teacher who thought I had children figured out.

My own kids proved otherwise. That experience sent me deep into nervous system science and relationship-first approaches. It's why I now walk alongside parents who are questioning the behaviour-based strategies they were handed.

Through parent consulting and home education support, I help families move toward greater safety, deeper understanding, and approaches that honour both the child and the parent.

Rooted in relationship.
Grounded in nervous system wisdom.
Centred on trust.

You don't have to keep figuring this out alone.

If you're ready to explore a different way forward let's talk!

About me

Life long learner, Gardener, Watercolourist, Late Diagnosed AuDHD

My path into this work began in my own family.

Parenting neurodivergent children led me to rethink everything I had been taught about behaviour, learning, and support. Over time, through lived experience, mentorship, and community, I began building a different framework grounded in nervous system safety and relational connection.

That journey now shapes the work I do with families.

How we can work together

Neurodivergent Family Support

You’re not doing it wrong- you’re just walking a different path. You don’t have to walk it alone. You know your child better than anyone. Together, we build something that fits, and leave the one-size-fits-all strategies where they belong.

Neurodivergent Home Education Support

Whether you’ve chosen home education or it’s chosen you, guiding your child’s learning can feel overwhelming- especially when you’re supporting a neurodivergent learner in a world built for “typical.” Many children thrive outside of traditional systems, but making that shift often requires unlearning, reimagining, and deep trust.

Literacy Tutoring

Confidence slips. Frustration grows. And many families are left wondering why things haven’t clicked yet- even with extra support. This structured literacy tutoring program is designed to help struggling readers make real progress in a one-to-one setting, using proven instruction that builds both skill and confidence.

Kind words from clients

My feelings of isolation can be so strong and having Danielle to check-in with was a positive, confidence building venture. The shift was definitely my attention to attunement where I began building my own confidence to really see what S was feeling and experiencing so that I could then gently provide offerings of connection as well as space.

This experience offered an openness to share what is actually happening without judgement and to receive such gentle, professional guidance. I remain impressed with Danielle's skills, knowledge and terminology that she offered through each connection.

Jeri Canfield

Mother to 2 PDA teens, home educator

Danielle supported our homeschool classroom for a year and a half. Most of the kids in the class present with PDA.

She’s been a wealth of information, has an abundance of resources and she genuinely cares for each child.

Danielle understands PDA, how it effects a child’s learning and how to make the necessary accommodations for growth.

Thank you so much for the support Danielle.

I am immensely grateful for Danielle's expertise and dedication. Her personalized approach and wealth of knowledge, particularly with PDA learners, have been invaluable. It was evident that she was fully committed to comprehending not only our children's educational needs but also our family dynamics and unique goals.
